Here at GK we also service your fishing reels
We are also the ONLY business in Australia,
outside of Daiwa Australia themselves of course,
who are fully accredited to service your Daiwa reels.
Reel Inspection/Quote $30 + post
- A full disassembly of your reel, inspection of all parts and a quote for repairs/service based on the needs of the reel. This fee is only payable when customer chooses NOT to proceed with servicing.
Reel services... $65 up to reel size 4500 --- $80 for reel size 5000+
+ parts + post
- A full disassembly of your reel, inspection of all parts and a quote for repairs/service based on the needs of the reel.
Full cleaning, regreasing and reassemble of your reel.
Any parts your reel may require can be sourced by GK directly from the
Australian importers/distributors.
You will be contacted prior to any parts being ordered for your reel.
For your convenience we have included a link below for our reel repair form.
Just print, fill out and include with your reel.

Unfortunately, due to time restraints we must impose some restrictions and changes from our original service.
Minimum $10 per lure (bream-bass)
GT/Bluewater lures POA
Minimum 5 of 1 colour (gt lure n/a)
Blank lures only (ie atomic trick bitz etc)
or
Recoat coloured lures to solid colours only
GK WILL NOT paint strip or repair any lures
unless arranged prior to you sending. Ie.. GT lure rebuild etc.
